• Cashback will be credited instantly to your PayPal account.

• In order to avail the discount, customer must enter correct coupon code at the time of booking.
• Customer must make payment using paypal in order to avail the discounts.
• Offer is valid on minimum transaction value of Rs. 200/-
• Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer running on MakeMyTrip’s platform.

• The offer is valid for bus bookings made between 4th Mar 2020 and 31st Mar 2020. No restriction on travel dates.

• Instant Discount is applied on Base Fare (Pre-Tax Amount).
• If customer cancels the booking or if the booking is cancelled due to any reason, MakeMyTrip will forfeit the discount amount and cancellation charges/penalty shall apply.

• In case of a partial/full cancellation, the offer stands null and void, and the customer will not be eligible for the discount.
• If the customer cancels the travel service purchase after the discount amount has been availed, MakeMyTrip will deduct the discount amount from the refund and cancellation charges will be applied.
• If there is any rescheduling or cancellation, the customer has to bear the fare difference (regardless of whether the component is a part of the base fare or tax + surcharge) and other rescheduling/cancellation charges.

• Offer is only valid in the geographical locations where the Merchant is allowed to operate under Applicable Laws.
• PayPal will send cashback award email to all eligible users.
• The cashback will be in the form a discount cash voucher which can redeemed for your next PayPal transaction.
• The cashback voucher will be valid for 60 days from the date of receipt of email. Check email for actual expiry date of cashback.
• Check your cashback voucher amount on www.paypal.com/myaccount/...et. In case you have a business account with PayPal, you’ll need to download the PayPal app, login and check ‘Offers’ section in the bottom part of the app homepage to find your cashback voucher.
• For full cancellations, any unused portion of this cashback will be cancelled, and any redeemed cashback amount will be adjusted from the refund amount.
• For partial cancellations,
• If the cancellation amount is less than 50% of the order value, the requested cancellation amount will be fully refunded.
• If the cancellation amount is more than 50% of the order value, any unused portion of this cashback will be cancelled, and any redeemed cashback amount will be adjusted from the refund amount.

You agree that PayPal is under no obligation to disclose the details of its risk management or its security procedures to You. Transactions processed through Virtual Cards will not be eligible for this cashback. If your order is cancelled by the payer / refunded by the merchant, PayPal cashback that has been awarded to your PayPal account will be withdrawn. In case of cancellations/ refunds where awarded cashback is used, 100% cashback will be refunded if the offer period is still valid. For partial cancellations, refund will be processed as per PayPal policies. In cases of fraudulent/suspicious transactions, PayPal solely reserves the right to revoke the cashback offer / not award the cashback at all.

• MakeMyTrip reserves the right to amend, modify or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice or incurring any liability.
• MakeMyTrip shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer.
• MakeMyTrip shall not be liable for any claims arising due to Force Majeure events or situations beyond MakeMyTrip’s reasonable control.
• In no event the aggregate liability of MakeMyTrip under this offer shall exceed the discount amount the customer is entitled to receive under this offer.

• Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi.
