1. By participating in this campaign / offer, users (hereinafter defined) shall be

deemed to have read, understood, accepted and agree to be bound by these

Terms & Conditions. “Users” for the purpose of these Terms and Conditions shall

mean such existing Savings Account holders of Axis Bank residing in India and

who receive a communication directly from Axis Bank about the campaign via

SMS, mobile notification, e-mailer on their registered mobile number and/or

email ID and who deposit/transferred (from other bank to Axis Bank during the

campaign period will be considered for voucher) the amount as per the

communication received during the campaign duration (via any one of the

channels-sms/email/pn) in your Axis Bank account during the period 1st – 10th

July 2024 (both days inclusive as per the communication received by the

customer from the Bank) and maintain it till 31st July 24 EOD. This

campaign/offer is valid and applicable ONLY in India.

2. Offer Details - Selected Savings Account holders who deposit funds as per the

communication received during campaign duration (via any one of the channels -

sms/email/pn) in their Axis Bank Savings Account during the period 1st – 10th

July 2024 (both days inclusive as per the communication received by the

customer from the Bank) and maintain it till 31st July 2024 end of the day will be

eligible for the offer.

4. The user will be eligible for the offer only if the amount is deposited as per the

communication received by the customer during campaign duration. The entire

amount is to be deposited in a single day from 1st – 10th July 2024. The funds

needs to remain in their account till 31st July 2024 (as per the communication

received by the customer).

5. Funds deposited/transferred from other banks to Axis Bank during the campaign

period will be considered for the voucher.

6. To be eligible for this campaign, the net balance as of 31st July 2024 till end of

the day in customer’s account should be greater than the net balance on 30th

June 2024 end of the day by the requested amount.

7. Eligible customer would receive SMS/email from Axis Bank within 15 days after

offer end date. Customer has to register their claim for Amazon e-voucher by

reverting with an SMS within 7 days of receiving it.

8. e-voucher will be sent within next 30 days only on the registered email id/

mobile number of eligible customers who had registered their claim for Amazon

e-voucher by reverting on SMS sent as mentioned in (point 7).

9. e-voucher will be valid for 3 months from the date customer had received the

communication.

General Terms and Conditions

1. This offer is available only to those Account holders (“Customers”) of AXIS Bank

(“AXIS” or “Bank”) who have received this communication from Axis Bank. Axis

Bank reserves the right to extend this offer to any Customers as it may deem fit.

2. The offer is not en-cashable/refundable/transferable/extendable.

3. The discount offer cannot be combined with any other ongoing offers, discounts

or promotions by the Axis Bank.

4. Customers are advised to read and understand the terms and conditions of Axis

Bank before availing the offer.

5. Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have read, understood and

accepted these terms and conditions.

6. The Axis Bank reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without

assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of

these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another

offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.

7. The terms and conditions shall be subject to applicable regulatory guidelines and

prevailing laws and regulations amended from time to time. The Bank shall have

the liberty to modify/discontinue the terms of offer based on the prevailing laws

and regulations at any point of time and neither party shall be under any liability

or obligation to continue implementation of the said offer till such time the terms

are modified as per prevailing or amended laws & regulations at that point of

time. In the event the terms of the offer cannot be continued without total

compliance of prevailing laws/regulations at any point of time then this offer

shall be deemed to be terminated forthwith from the date when the amended

law restricting/prohibiting the term.
