2. No email.. No notification
3. I am old user.. I have done BillBox transactions before
4. Completed 400 D2H Recharge via BillBox.. did not receive the cashback (i am talking about SimpL confirmation SMS regarding pending cashback to be posted after settlement)
This could be due to many reasons like
1. Maybe you need SMS, EMail and Notification.. not either but all
2. Maybe Recharge via BillBox is not considered utility payment.. however the offer page says ’your next BillBox transaction
Even I’ve not received confirmation of pending cashback, But Cashback credited Instantly after repayment.
Even though I have not received the notification from any means but I did the recharge yesterday and it’s showing me eligible for 10% cashback. Weird .
