What is the Offer?

When and how will I receive the cashback?

Redemption Process:

• Login to JioMart.com (Mobile App/Mobile Site/Website).
• Add eligible products to the cart.
• Proceed to checkout.
• Select Simpl option on Payments Page
• Complete your transaction using your Simpl account balance.
• Eligible Users will receive 15% cashback amount in their Simpl account post settlement of the bill.
• Offer can be availed only once during the Offer Period by a user.

How will I know if I will get the cashback?

• User will be able to view the cashback credited in the Transaction tab of Simpl platform after completion of return, refund and cancellation period.

Where should I contact in case I didn’t receive the cashback in Simpl account within 30 days?

• User should contact Simpl User care from the help section on Simpl app.

Other Terms and Conditions:

• This Offer is valid only in India. The minimum age of such a user shall be 18 years.
• JioMart reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
• Offer can be availed only once during the Offer Period by a user.
• Cashback will be cancelled in case of full or partial refunds, returns, cancellation and unauthorized/fraudulent transactions.
• Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
• The User shall indemnify and hold JioMart harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable legal charges) that may be suffered by JioMart, Simpl and/ or seller as a consequence of (i) violation of these terms and conditions, of the terms of user agreement, privacy policy (subject to change) published on the Platform, by user; (ii) violation of applicable laws by user; and (iii) any action or inaction resulting in wilful misconduct or negligence on the part of the user.
• All applicable government Levies shall be payable by the user at the time of the respective Offer.
• This Offer shall be subject to all applicable laws, rules and regulations which are in existence and which may be promulgated anytime by any statutory authority.
• User agrees that, these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and courts at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction to decide over any controversy arising out of this offer.
