Terms & Conditions 

1. This marketing program (“Offer”) is for all the Bank of Baroda (“Bank of Baroda”) Debit & 

Credit card holders shopping on www.jiomart.com(“Jio...”) and is open to all the card 

holders with a valid and unexpired Bank of Baroda Debit & Credit Card (“Cardholder”) and 

to whom a communication is sent by Bank of Baroda. 

2. The Offer will be made available 21st July (00:00:00 Hrs) to 30th July 2021 (23:59:00 

Hrs) (“Offer Period”), unless extended by Bank of Baroda. 

3. Eligibility: 

This Offer is open to all individual legal residents of the Republic of India aged 18 or above 

on the Offer start date. 

4. During the Offer Period, eligible cardholder can avail cash back Offer from Bank of Baroda 

on transactions undertaken on JioMart, using Bank of Baroda Debit & Credit card as 

below, during the Offer Period. 

Transaction Cashback

Rs. 799 and above 10% upto INR 300 

5. Maximum cash back per card account during the Program Period will be Rs. 300.00. The 

Cashback will be posted only on non-delinquent accounts at the time of cashback 

fulfillment. 

6. Multiple transactions summing up to Rs. 799.00 on a Bank of Baroda Debit & Credit card 

will not be eligible for the Offer. 

7. Cash back to be credited in customer’s JioMart Wallet as gift card on or after 10th

September 2021.

8. In case of full cancellation/return of order, the transaction will not qualify for the Offer. 

9. If the User cancels a part of his/her order, or if the User has not been supplied full order, 

he/she will qualify for the Offer only on the net amount paid, basis the eligibility. 

10. Bank of Baroda does not endorse any of the products or brands being offered under the 

Program and will not accept any liability pertaining to the quality, delivery or after sales 

service of such products. 

11. The Offer/ benefits under these Programs cannot be clubbed with any other offer or 

discount extended by JioMart on www.jioma...om or participating brands as part of any 

other arrangement. 

12. All the existing offers, gifts, discounts etc., that are being offered over and above the Offer 

can be availed by the Cardholders as per the applicable terms for such offers.

13. Pictures of products shown in the communication sent to the customer either through 

mailers or advertised on our website, are representative only and may not bear a 

resemblance to the actual products. Bank of Baroda or JioMart shall under no 

circumstances be responsible towards the same. 

14. Products offered under this Offer are subject to availability with Reliance and accordingly 

Bank of Baroda or JioMart in no circumstances shall be liable for non-availability of any of 

the products. 

15. Bank of Baroda reserves the right to modify or change any of the terms and conditions 

applicable to this program at any time with or without any prior notice and without 

assigning any reason thereof and the same shall be binding on the Users at all times. 

16. Under no circumstance will the Offer being offered under this program be settled with 

cash in lieu by Bank of Baroda or by JioMart. 

17. All government levies like GST, TDS, any Local Tax, etc., shall be payable by the Cardholder 

as applicable at the time the respective Programs were offered. 

18. Any disputes arising out of the Offer shall be subject to arbitration by a sole arbitrator 

appointed by Bank of Baroda for this purpose. The proceedings of the arbitration shall be 

conducted as per the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The place of 

arbitration shall be at Mumbai and language of arbitration shall be English. The existence 

of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against JioMart. 

19. Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in the Offer. Any such participation 

is voluntary and the same is being made purely on best effort basis.

20. All disputes under the Offer shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of courts at Mumbai 

only.
