• Only eligible for passengers of 21 years of age or above and they must present their original printed boarding pass and valid identification document in person within seven (7) days upon arrival in Macau at the designated counter of Galaxy Macau.
• The boarding pass will be stamped upon redemption.

1. Each valid boarding pass is eligible for one-time redemption of related privilege only.
2. Fly to Galaxy with AirAsia Privileges (“The Privileges”) promotion and redemption period is from now until December 31, 2024, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”). Only valid for passengers of 21 years of age or above who has a valid printed boarding pass that is issued within seven (7) days upon arrival in Macau (flight code is "AK" or “FD”, departs from Malaysia or Thailand and arrival destination is Macau MFM).
3. The Privileges will be given in the form of a voucher or to be redeemed with the original stamped AirAsia Boarding Pass. Individual terms and conditions apply for each privilege.
4. GEG Privilege Club New Member Offer (“New Member Offer”) is only for non-Macau residents of 21 years of age or above who have signed up as new members of GEG Privilege Club. Eligible guests can only redeem this offer once.
5. Participating merchants and their respective privilege offer details are subject to change without prior notice.
6. Redemption of complimentary gifts / privileges is based on a first come, first served basis, while stocks last. Participating merchants reserve the right to replace complimentary gifts with other items of equivalent value.
7. The complimentary vouchers / gifts / privileges cannot be exchanged for cash. No refund or re- issue after redemption. Terms and conditions apply.
8. If the participating merchant ceases operation, the related privilege or offer will be void.
9. New Galaxy Entertainment 2006 Company Limited (“Galaxy”) and AirAsia have the right to modify the terms and conditions, change or terminate promotional activities at any time, without prior notice for relevant actions, and will not assume any responsibility for the above-mentioned changes and the products or services supplied by the participating outlets. In case of any dispute, Galaxy and AirAsia reserve the right of final interpretation and decision.
10. Galaxy Entertainment Group employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to join or redeem New Member Offer. Immediate family members shall include, but are not limited to, a team member’s parents, siblings, spouse and children.
11. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of Galaxy and AirAsia and participating merchant.
