This is first time a delivery partner cancelled my Jio order 😑😤😤

Store called me and asked me cancel order when I said I won't, they shipped the order and it was cancelled by delivery partner. I have complained to CC.

Did not received the mop but received the dust cloth how refund works in jio mart. Order is showing delivered  delivery person marked as delivering only 3 out of 5 items in his app but still jn my app it is showing delivered. How to get the refund for partial dilivery
