i am having freecharge account, from many years and was using genuinely.
Till jan2021, app was logged in to moto handset….. till this time i was reguraly getting such code and was working fine.
From code like love/rose/joy
i do get sms alert that this is code to get cashback of 10/20/30 respectively.
but when used in app, then gets error as . This promocode not applicable for your account?
does anyone have solution for this.
From Jan2021, i removed sim from moto and inserted into Redmi phone, bcoz of change in operator (bsnl to jio) ? is there something that freechage has made and flagged account as inappropriate? or they dont recognize change in handset?
Did you try from web ??? Or only FreeCharge app ?
So I have just one freecharge account, i dont have multiple accounts nor have patience to do it. Yet the account was flagged, i asked customer care which transaction was flagged. They wont/cant/dont help, going to delete freecharge, if at all i do transaction without cashback I will just use amazon or any others.. Anyone faced this?

Na I do get in email too, if you don’t want to keep your phone all the time, try higher range codes (30 cb or higher) after entering details and apply to see whether it works or not…
@Siddhartha07 earlier Joy40 code I got in one account has a validity of 3rd march, today I got joy40 code in another account with 10 march validity.
