I have tried with IDFC CC, it says "You are eligible but have not qualified yet." Have spent 2000, let's see after 15 days!

Have done atleast a single trxn with all my CCs in July for Visa tap to pay offer . This offer is definitely not for me.

Single transaction of Rs.2000 or aggregate of multiple transactions is also eligible ?
