    Participant's or any other person's mobile handset or computer related to,
    or resulting from, participation in this Offer or the downloading of any
    materials related to this Offer.
    
12. 4 Minute Mile Marketing Services Pvt. Ltd. and Flipkart will have no legal
    and financial liability on unclaimed offers, incentives, voucher codes
    etc. beyond the Promotional Offer.
