What is the offer duration?

• Offer Period: 11th January 2025 (00:00 Hrs) to 12th January 2025 (23:59 Hrs).

What are the eligibility conditions?

• In the event the customer returns any/all products in the order placed during the offer period, thereby not maintaining the minimum purchase value, as required to avail the Offer, he/she shall not be eligible for the Offer. Accordingly, the amount availed as a discount under the Offer shall stand deducted from any refund(s) processed for the returned product(s).
• If an order is canceled, the offer may take up to 24 hours to refresh for the customer to utilise it again.
• How many times can this offer be applied?
  • There is no limit on the number of transactions to avail the Base Offer discounts, however the maximum base offer discount applicable during the offer period is INR 1500.
  • Each bonus offer discount can be availed only once per Credit Card (Non-EMI & EMI) transactions during the offer period.
• Is the offer applicable on all HDFC Bank Credit Cards?
  • These offers are applicable on select HDFC Bank Credit Card (Non-EMI & EMI) transactions.
  • These offers are not applicable on HDFC Bank Debit Card (Non-EMI & EMI) and No Swipe EMI Transactions.

• Will I get the offer if I pay through Flipkart Gift Card partially?
  • Yes, you can avail the offer. In this case, offer will only apply on the amount paid through HDFC Bank Credit Card (Non-EMI & EMI Txns) against the eligible product(s). This amount should be equal to or greater than the Min Txn Value details mentioned above.

How do I avail the offer?

• Under this Offer, Cardholders will get:
  • A 10% Instant Discount with HDFC Bank Credit Cards (Non-EMI and EMI Transactions), on purchase of select products on the platform during the offer period.
  • Additional Instant Discount of up to INR 2250, with HDFC Bank Credit Cards (Non-EMI and EMI Transactions), on purchase of select products on the platform during the offer period.
• The discount will be applied to the Net Cart Value (NCV). NCV shall mean the total value of only the eligible product/s in the cart after all applicable discounts and exchange offer redemptions.
  • The minimum Net Cart Value (NCV) to avail the Base offer is INR 4,999 for all categories excluding Grocery
  • The minimum Net Cart Value to avail the Bonus Offer 1 discount is INR 19,999.
  • The minimum Net Cart Value to avail the Bonus Offer 2 discount is INR 24,999.
  • The minimum Net Cart Value to avail the Bonus Offer 3 discount is INR 39,999.
• Offer Discount shall be applicable as follows:
  • Maximum Base Offer Discount of up to INR 1,500 per Credit Card (Non-EMI & EMI transactions) can be availed in any number of transactions during the offer period.
  • Maximum Bonus Offer 1 Discount of up to INR 250 per Credit Card (Non-EMI & EMI transactions) can be availed.
  • Maximum Bonus Offer 2 Discount of up to INR 750 per Credit Card (Non-EMI & EMI transactions) can be availed.
  • Maximum Bonus Offer 3 Discount of up to INR 750 per Credit Card (Non-EMI transactions) and of up to INR 1250 per Credit Card (EMI transactions) can be availed.
  • Each Bonus offer can be availed only once during the offer period.
