I totally agree with you. 'Lal' products are full of maida, palm oil, and sugar! Based on my observation, 'Daadi's' brand is better. They use ghee instead of palm oil, and in some products, they use jaggery instead of sugar. Plus, their quality is high, but that quality comes with a price tag—they are a bit more expensive compared to Lal products.
