Does bank offers generally applicable to gift voucher or is this a bug from flipkart. People who ordered early got vouchers and for others didn’t. So need to see if flipkart deliver them or cancel the orders

What’s the use of these vouchers other than buying goods more than 10-15000. Up till 15000 there is always discount of 10% On bank cards.
Someone kindly elucidate.
It can be used for smaller purchase as well, as there’s always minimum order criteria for availing discount with credit cards/bank offers.
Also credit card/bank discount we get only during the sale and u have to wait, but gv’s can be used anytime
received voucher for purchase at 1AM. Did another order on 7AM but still didn’t get vouchers
