- What is the eligibility criteria?
- This offer will be applicable on Offer applicable on bookings done on Treebo Hotels(not applicable on homestays or other non-Treebo properties) under PhonePe Switch
- Offer is applicable on select set of users
- For users paying through UPI, cashback is valid on transactions initiated and completed on PhonePe using a PhonePe linked bank account.
- How many times this offer can be availed?
- Offer can be availed only once per user
- How do I avail the offer?
- On your PhonePe app, click on PhonePe Switch icon and select Treebo Hotels
- Select your city & select the hotel for booking
- Pick the payment option to confirm the booking
- Complete the transaction to avail the offer
- When do I get the cashback / benefit?
- Cashback will be credited as PhonePe gift voucher balance within 24 hours of successful completion of the transaction.
- What happens if I am eligible for more than one offer?
- If you are eligible for more than one offer, the offer giving you the maximum Cashback is automatically picked up for you.
- What happens in case of refund/cancellation of my transaction?
- For refundable bookings, if cancellation is made 24 hours prior to check-in, no cancellation charges are applicable. If a cancellation is made within 24 hours to check-in, a one-night tariff (including taxes) will be deducted. For non-refundable bookings, no amount will be refunded irrespective of the time of cancellation. Refer to your confirmation email or booking voucher to know more
- In case of any cancellations, the cashback processed post redemption on scratch card on the transaction will continue to remain as gift voucher balance and non-withdrawable to your bank account. This can continue to be used on PhonePe (recharges, bill payments, etc.)
- Refunded amount less of cashback will be credited to back to the source of funds used while making payment.
- Other Terms and Conditions:
- A user can earn up to maximum INR 9,999 per financial year (i.e. 1 April to 31 March) across all offers disbursed on PhonePe
- Offer is applicable on iOS and Android devices
- Any discount related queries should be raised within 30 days, post a successful transaction.
- Any cashback related queries should be raised within 30 days, post a successful transaction.
- Cashback gift voucher can be used for recharges, bill payments and payments on PhonePe partner platforms/stores.
- Cashback gift voucher cannot be withdrawn to any linked bank account or transferred to other customers.
- The transaction must be initiated using a PhonePe linked bank account and completed by the user within the PhonePe app
