IDFC FIRST BANK INSTANT DISCOUNT OFFER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Instant Discount Offer (defined below) is a promotional offer administered and offered by IDFC FIRST BANK (“IDFC”) in partnership with Reliance Retail Limited (“AJIO”) on www.Ajio.com (“AJIO Website”) and on AJIO mobile application (“AJIO Mobile App”) (collectively referred to as “AJIO Platform”), for the sale of specified products displayed on the Platform (“Specified Products”).

PERIOD:

This Instant Discount Offer shall commence on 17^th October 2022 at [00:10:00 Hrs], and continue until 24^th October 2022, [23:59:59 Hrs] or such other date and/or time as may be determined by AJIO (“Term of the Offer”).

ELEGIBILITY

• This Instant Discount Offer is open to all individual legal residents of the Republic of India aged 18 or above on the offer start date.
• Each AJIO customer (“User”) should have a valid phone number and e-mail address.

OFFER:

The User shall be eligible to avail the Instant Discount Offer only if the User fulfils the below conditions:

1. User makes payment for purchase of the Specified Products using selected IDFC credit card, as may be determined by AJIO and/or IDFC from time to time; and
2. The total value of a single order for purchase of Specified Products on the AJIO Platform is equal to or greater than Rs. 3,499.00, after taking into account all applicable discounts, if any.

Upon purchasing Specified Products in accordance with the above, eligible User shall receive an instant discount of flat 10%, subject to a maximum of Rs. 1000.00 (For clarity, the maximum instant discount that can be availed under this Instant Discount Offer is Rs. 1000.00 on credit card) (“Instant Discount Offer”).
