Was looking to buy extra virgin olive oil, apple cider vinegar and Saffola seems a good bet since it's well known. Also I got 900 gm peanut butter for just Rs 49 which is a steal.

Apple Cider Vinegar - I have bought only 2 brands so far... WoW and Big Basket Brand.
Wow - hands down the winner, for a strange reason 😛
Apple Cidar Vinegar - we initially bought for consuming. But after acidic side affects, we dont consume it. Now, we use it to get rid of kitchen flies... The aroma and sweetness from Wow brand attracts the flies like anything and dies..
BB brand one looks nice. Flies just looks and passes
Another unique usage - When kid gets high fever, mix little vinegar in warm water when giving tub bath to reduce temperature (dont know how effective, but just followed as no harm found so far 😄 )

I am not planning to use Olive Oil because of high cost.
In childhood, we used Groundnut oil 90% of the time, later we stopped on hearing about fat etc... Now, theories are coming back that native oils like Groundnut, Coconut only better than all these processed refined oils. We will never know.. Only thing in our control is reduce the oil consumption
So, now we use these oils in rotation (Saffola Active / Gold / Total, Rice bran, Rice bran + Sun Flower, Groundnut) instead of sticking to one.

Compare ev olive oil to ghee on price point. That way it doesn't seem much expensive considering ghee retail ₹550 litre. Also ev oil has long shelf life (36 months) and imparts a strong flavour ( grilling sandwich, light frying etc)
Other than that I agree it's good to rotate oils. Only thing I suggest is avoid refined oils ( physically refined rice bran is fine). Some of the brand you mentioned sell blended refined oils.
