Instruction to follow
These are the terms and conditions of Promotion (“T&C”) which apply to any competition, prize draw or promotion which may run, physically or online by Social Worth Technologies Private Limited and/or their NBFC Partners (collectively referred to as “Fibe”) or on their websites or at premises of business partner or on their websites, social media platforms, on-air or otherwise (“Promotion”).
Terms & Conditions :
User acknowledges that he is an Indian Citizen aged 18 and above.
Users stand the chance to win prizes as mentioned in detail in these T&C (“Prize(s)”).
User will have to add a valid mobile number, which if required would be used to login to our mobile application.
These Prizes can be won during the period as displayed on the website/platform of Fibe (“Promotional Period”).
The chance to win the Prizes shall be valid for a limited time only, decided at the Sole Discretion of Fibe.
Each Promotion will start immediately (i.e. as soon as it is first promoted), unless a later start date/time is specified by Fibe and Fibe reserves the right to modify or cancel or stop it at any time.
For each Promotion, there will be limited prizes that can be awarded unless otherwise specified.
User shall not be eligible for more than one Prize in a Promotional Month, however Fibe at its sole discretion award multiple Prizes to one User.
The Prize winner(s) will be selected at random at Sole Discretion of Fibe. This will be done by an automated process of Fibe and result shall be binding to all the eligible Users.
The user understands and acknowledges that in case of the game where upon spinning the display of a particular set of numbers either in series or singularly do not guarantee winning or losing and final winners shall be decided by Fibe at its sole discretion based upon the user’s association, user record available with Fibe and such other factors.
Users acknowledge that for being eligible to win the Jackpot or any other award, all the steps detailed and specified from time to time needs to be completed and complied with fully.
The Users acknowledge that the winning in games shall not depend upon any wager or bet of any kind.
For winning Prize, the players have to ensure that the gaming instructions as available during the game are followed completely in absence of which Fibe can decide on winning and awarding the Prize.
If a User wins the Prize, Fibe will notify him accordingly after the end date of the Promotion.
The Prize will be either coupons that can be redeemed either on Fibe or coupons issued by some partners of Fibe or some other product.
In case of coupons issued by partners, the coupons can only be used on the website/platform of the partner, at the partner’s sole discretion.
Further, Fibe shall not be responsible for the operation, acceptability, etc., of the partner’s coupon.
In case of Prize in the form of iPhone or any other such electronic products, Fibe provides no warranty/guarantee of any kind and the user needs to get the IMEI registration in his name by approaching the manufacturer.
Further, Fibe shall neither provide any kind of service nor shall Fibe be responsible for any service-related issues and any service-related issue needs to be taken up with the manufacturer by the User without any help or intervention of Fibe.
User also acknowledges that Fibe shall not be responsible for any replacement and/or repair either before or after opening of the product and any issue regarding replacement/repair needs to be taken up by the User with the manufacturer without any help or intervention of Fibe.
Each Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative is available.
If necessary or appropriate, Prizes (or part thereof) might be varied or swapped for a suitable alternative which will be decided at the sole discretion of Fibe.
If a User wins the Prize but fails to claim the Prize or fails to provide necessary details within the time-limit notified or provide Fibe with incorrect or fraudulent information, then such Prizes may be provided to an alternative winner.
The Prize cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, promotions, or prizes of Fibe.
If User wins the Prize, User may be required to take part in reasonable publicity.
Fibe may publish and publicize User’s name, image, social media handle and/or profile picture, and your entry with the Promotion and/or the Prizes, in any and all media, worldwide, in perpetuity, for publicity and PR purposes.
Fibe may carry out an interview with User either by telephone or in person and Fibe may film, record and/or photograph the interview and Fibe may use such film, recording and/or photograph(s) for publicity and PR purposes in any and all media, worldwide in perpetuity.
These T&C are in addition to the Agreement and other terms and conditions agreed/signed/accepted by you while availing the Loan with NBFC Partners.
Winning any Prize shall have no impact on your repayment obligation of any Loan availed or which might be availed by you in the future.
User entry or participation in Promotion and/or Prizes is at your own risk.
If User violates any of the Agreement or any terms and conditions agreed/signed/accepted by you, then Fibe receives the right to term you ineligible for such winning such Prizes.
Fibe reserves the right to update these T&C without prior notice.
All the winners shall be finally decided by Fibe at random at sole discretion and shall be binding upon you.
User understands that this is a lucky draw and this does not guarantee any Prizes or any other prize from Fibe or their Business Partner.
Any Prizes that might be won by User under this Promotion shall be subject to taxes and applicable laws.
User shall be solely responsible for any taxes accrued on the Prizes that might be won by the User.
User shall also be solely responsible for abiding by any law that applies to User in case User wins the Prizes.
The Promotion, and these terms and conditions, are governed by Indian law, and any disputes arising in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune.
The User acknowledges that it shall not use this facility for Illegal purposes.
The User also acknowledges that he shall not introduce or cause to introduce any virus/malware and if found shall be liable to Fibe for damages.
User accepts these terms and conditions and indemnifies Fibe from any usage of the Coupon, Product, use.
User further acknowledges that Fibe shall not be liable for any kind of Liability either directly or indirectly arising out of the playing of games or participating in the online carnival or winning of any Prize.
