Terms and Conditions:
This offer is being conducted by Federal Bank for the customers booking IndiGo’s flights (including in combination with IndiGo’s ancillary services) on IndiGo’s website (goindigo.in) or mobile application, using Federal Credit Card.
The Offer entitles the Cardmember to a cash back of 15% (fifteen percent) on the total booking value Total Fare, up to a maximum of INR 3000 (Rupees Three Thousand) (“Bank Cashback”) to be provided by the Bank.
Offer Period: The Offer is valid from 21^st Dec 2023 – 15^th Jan 2024.
The Offer is applicable for valid Federal Bank credit card users only.
The offer is not applicable on Scapia/EPIFI/JUPITER/One Card Cards
No minimum transaction value (MTV) is required to avail the offer.
The Offer is valid on domestic and international flights.
Each Cardmember will be entitled to avail the Offer only once on the first valid transaction during the Offer Period.
The Bank Cashback will be processed for eligible Cardmembers within 90 days from the completion of the promotion period and shall be credited to the Cardmember’s Card account, subject to the Cardmember fulfilling the criteria in terms of the Offer.
If the Cardmember does not receive the Bank Cashback within 90 days from the completion of the promotion period, the Cardmember must raise a claim at the customer care numbers of Federal Bank available at 1800 - 425 - 1199/1800 - 420 - 1199
All complaints, claims, disputes, concerns, issues, etc., regarding the Offer should be addressed by the Federal Bank.
IndiGo shall not in any way be held responsible or liable for any claims/disputes/ concerns in relation to the Offer.
The Bank Cashback is non- assignable, non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-cashable.
All bookings made under this offer shall be subject to all terms and conditions (available at goindigo.in) as applicable to the Cardmember’s Flight Booking, including IndiGo’s conditions of carriage.
The Offer is not applicable on EMI transactions.
Hold bookings (incomplete payments made under a PNR) or group bookings (bookings with 9 passengers or more booked under the same PNR) for IndiGo flights, and IndiGo Flight Bookings made through travel agents, or by corporates, or through platforms other than IndiGo’s website or Mobile application, are not eligible for the Offer.
In case of partial/full cancellation of the Flight Booking, the Offer stands void and the Cardmember will not be eligible for the Bank Cashback.
The Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer of IndiGo.
IndiGo reserves the right to extend, withdraw or terminate this Offer and/or add, amend or replace all or any of the terms of this Offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, without prior notice, without assigning any reasons and without any liability towards any person.
The Offer is valid for Indian citizens only.
In the event of any misuse of the Offer by the Cardmember, Federal Bank and IndiGo reserve the right to deny the Offer and further, IndiGo reserves the right to cancel the Flight Booking.
IndiGo shall not be liable for any losses or damages that may be suffered, by a Cardmember, directly or indirectly, as a result of participating in the offer and/or by the use or non-use of the Cards.
