Only once per no/account/card. Yes you can use coupon with credit for next recharge.

I do not have any option except waiting at least in paytm they show you that you used this code for recharge these guys don’t even show that.

I paid with wallet and received it in 6 hours that too I applied in web.
Use twitter or message them in FB they are quick there in replying. Ticket resolving would take more time, their FB team is better than those tiket resolving guys, at least they have proper information.

I applied the coupon, recharge was failed then after few seconds after I reopened the app payment was deducted. Now in transaction history they’re not showing any coupon and the same is seems to be reapplicable.
