TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. This Offer to be referred as “Flipkart Offer on EMI transactions” is open to American Express® Credit Cardmembers whose
accounts are valid and in good standing. An American Express Credit Cardmember for the purpose of this offer means a
person holding the below mentioned American Express Credit Cards issued in India by American Express Banking Corp.
The offer is applicable to the Cardmembers holding below Cards :
a. The American Express® Platinum ReserveSM Credit Card
b. The American Express® Platinum Travel Credit Card
c. The American Express Membership Rewards® Credit Card
d. The Jet Airways American Express® Platinum Credit Card
e. The American Express® Gold Credit Card
f. The American Express® Everyday Spend Card
g. The American Express® PAYBACK Credit Card
2. The offer is not available for American Express Corporate and Network Cards.
3. Enrollment is mandatory for the Cardmembers to avail the Offer. Only in case of enrollment and subsequent qualification
basis eligible spends on the registered Card, the Cardmember will receive the voucher.
4. Offer is valid from March 15, 2019 till June 30, 2019. Last date for enrollment into the offer is April 30, 2019.
5. Once enrolled, eligible transactions of value `25,000 and more, done during the offer period which are converted to an EMI of tenure 12 months or more will be eligible for a Flipkart voucher worth `500 for each successfully converted transaction.
6. Any transaction done during the offer period (March 15, 2019 till June 30, 2019) should be converted into an EMI before the Payment Due Date of the statement in which the transaction is billed or before July 20, whichever is earlier.
7. Any transaction done on Amazon platform (web/app/mobile web/any other channel) and converted into EMI will not be eligible for this offer.
8. Flipkart voucher(s), for all eligible transactions, will be delivered to the registered email ID by August 31, 2019.
9. This offer is being made purely on a “best effort” basis. Cardmembers are not bound in any manner to participate in this offer and any such participation is purely voluntary.
10. Cardmember can convert their transactions into EMI using any of the channels available for EMI conversion as it is today.
11. Eligible transactions taken on the Supplementary Card and converted into EMI tenure as listed above will also be eligible for this offer.

14. Transactions under certain merchant categories like Gold and Jewelry related transactions are not allowed to be
converted into EMI.
15. For EMI requests received at Point of Sale, the monthly installment amount mentioned on payment charge slip (at offline
merchants) or payment confirmation page (at online merchants) are only indicative and may vary after actual EMI Plan
conversion. Please refer to the monthly installment amount for EMI Plan as mentioned in your Card Account. The EMI
conversion may take 7-10 working days from the date of purchase.
16. Cardmembers can, at any point in time, avail up to six transactions for conversion into EMI, subject to availability of credit
limit.
17. In case of any query, Cardmember can call at the number given at the back of their Card. Queries related to the offer will
be entertained only till 90 days from offer end date.
18. American Express is neither responsible for availability of services nor guarantees the quality of the goods/services and is
not liable for any defect or deficiency of goods or services so obtained/availed of by the Cardmembers under this offer.
Any disputes with regard to the quality of goods/services availed shall be taken up with the merchant/service
establishment directly. American Express shall have no liability whatsoever with regard to the same.
19. American Express shall not be liable whatsoever for any loss/damage/claims that may arise out of use or non-use of any
goods or services availed by Cardmember under this offer. American Express reserves its absolute right to withdraw
and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of the offer at any time without prior notice.
20. Nothing expressed or implied in the program shall in any way waive or amend any of the terms and conditions of the
existing Cardmember agreement with the Card issuer.
21. To receive this offer, purchase should be charged in full to the American Express Card. No cash alternative is available.
22. Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in
the state of Delhi only.
