No doubt eBay traces IP ADDRESSES also (most of the times).

Solution : become annonymous to eBay via incognito/private browsing after clearing browsers’ all data then use a free VPN switcher or TOR Browser simply.

Or use google chrome after installing a FREE VPN extension…just like zenmate (not completely FREE) or anonymous

Not possible because i am use new email id and even new MOBILE number too., then also got this error…!!!
