Total cost Rs. 107 + Rs 10 on phone calls to shop owner pestering him to submit the papers.

Find a spare mobile to put in the Sim card and wait for 2 days with the phone in pocket where ever iI go awaiting verification call and give the same address as on form. Then open a new Gmail account.

So after 3 days of trouble get to use it for opening a eBay account for a 100 bucks off offer??

Is there a shortcut you have found? For me there is no benefit since the savings goes in the first recharge itself. The real beneficiary is the mobile shop owner who gets some 300 bucks for Sim activation.
