Hello guys, I had ordered wave card worth 8500/-with 15%off tried payment twice, payment done both times generated a transaction Id, got an e mail from payu saying payment successful, but n order confirmation not given by zaggle. Over 14k stuck.
PLEASE HELP, what would be my course of action??
I have tried taking to payU, they have said it’s not theory liability as they are just a payment portal and to get refund via bank
Zaggle CC is even whose they don’t even pick up I was on waiting yesterday for 24 minutes and then they again increased the time to half hours when I became the first caller.i have sent them emails too but without any reply
Email Zaggle. If that doesnt work then message them in fb. With the transaction successful emails. They will initiate the refund soon. But if you dont contact them, forget your money .
I have sent them msg on fb as well as email.Talked to CC again today,atleast now they confirmed oncall that payment ID is present and i will get the refund within 7 days.
I also on a precautionary note complaned to SBI that my money was deducted.
Can someone please inform me the process to file on consumer forum.I need to know my options.Is there a thread on DD regarding Consumer court application or some senior dimer who can guide me? Thanks

Today was the 4th time transaction got declined at CCD. Zaggle customer care is shit.

any one tried zaggle ebay card on ebay website through payumoney wallet ??
If its work then we cancel the ebay order and payment back to paymoney wallet.

Amazon was all good with Mobile return & refund for genuine problems, it was so helpful if we didn’t like the product but see because of policy abuse they completely blocked this refund thing 
Don’t do this chindi stuff instead use the offer and get products @ discount.

Received 50,000 voucher wave card and 50,000 zeon card. Received both and used as well on ebay and cleartrip respectively without any issue.
bought 3 wave cards worth 30K on 14th july received on 19th july but not activated yet..
How much time will it take to get the card delivered ?

Yes, my experience is also not good with zaggle.They did not activate my card for 15 days.So keep all this thing in mind.
