Last month, I tried to receive cashback, but I still haven't received it. My complaint has been pending for more than 12 days now

Earlier it was with validity of 31 July 24 and availed that time but now don't know whether it's new offer duration till 31:Dec to make 1st txn or very first txn with gpay will be considered?

Today I added amazon pay card on gpay and paid on reliance store. Didn't receive scratch card and also there's no transaction showing in gpay history! What could be the issue?
