They have not mentioned how the amount needs to be added. Will the cashback points be given if amount added using UPI?

I didn’t receive cashback points 3 months back which was similar to this offer where mode of payment was not mentioned. I got the cashback when later when I again paid the amount using credit card.

Can anyone confirm who availed this offer

I am not receiving paytm points for money transfer for the past 12 to 14 days after purchasing 6 or 7 instamart coupons .. anyone facing such issue? Is my account blocked?
