FASTag is a reloadable tag affixed to a vehicle's windscreen. When crossing a toll plaza, the toll charges are automatically deducted through the tag, eliminating the need for cash transactions and allowing seamless toll fee payment without stopping.The tag employs Radio-frequency Identification (RFID) technology and is linked to a prepaid account, facilitating the deduction of the applicable toll amount.

How to Activate Droom Fastag ?

1. Upon receiving the Tag, please call the dedicated number +919643304561 between 10 AM to 7 PM (Monday to Saturday) to complete tag activation.

2. Ensure you have a copy of your RC, as well as easy access to either your Aadhar, Voter ID, Driver's License, or Passport, along with your PAN card, to facilitate a smoother verification.

3. Upon successful KYC verification by our agents, you will receive an OTP on your registered contact number. Kindly share it once the KYC process is completed by our agent.

4. If your vehicle is blacklisted the FASTag transaction is non-refundable once the product is shipped from our side. Payment of any pending dues would ensure that your vehicle is moved to an “Active” status.

2. Enter the FASTag ID or VRN and captcha.

3. Click on ‘Check Status’ to view the status of the FASTag.
