Dont worry about expiry. That is why dry fruits are expensive .... they can keep long. And due to evaporation of water (spoiling agent) they keep preserved longer, and carry more concentrated sugar and flavor. Keep any extra in the fridge in a clean plastic box, they will stay ok for over a year r two.
