Dreamfolks & RuPay allow to use Virtual/physical RuPay Debit/Credit Card for Free Airport lounge access via Dreamfolks:
Interesting Fact - No name verification or physical RuPay Debit/Credit Card is needed.
If you have a Virtual RuPay Platinum Debit card issue by NSDL bank, BOB bank, Fincare bank or any other Virtual/physical RuPay Platinum/Select debit/credit card then add to dreamfolks web access.

Note - If your add is not adding then untick "I authorise to save my card details as per RBI Guidelines" and retry.
Process is simple, login -> add card(s) (One Time) -> choose card -> browse lounge -> choose lounge -> access now -> generates QR (Generates QR will accept on lounge access time).
Best part is that QR can be cancelled as well, in case of some issues, so no risk whatsoever.
Special thanks to Twitter user Avish Jha for sharing this trick. He said this is a good way to use lounge access without physical card and without name matching in Indian lounges. Works in both DOM & INTL terminals (verified).

1) once a Card is added to Dreamfolks account there is no option to Delete it
2) Only one access pass from one account can be utilised at a time.
so if you have multiple cards and use it on same Dreamfolks account its not possible. need to create multiple Dreamfolks Account and generate QR code in that case. Import : once a Card added to Dreamfolks Account delete Card option is not there.

Domestic lounges have anyway no name checks. I have used several times for my siblings and family members without any issue.
Only useful part is we can track past visits and see which cards are eligible for which lounge.
Though only few banks are supported here.
Only reqmt is cardholder's presence and matching with his Boarding pass as per rules. He can swipe as many unique cards he has in his name for entry to anyone. You may have used cards issued in your name only
No, as per rule, u can't allow others with ur card. That is considered guest visit and only few high end cards allow that.
But lounge guys don't care, as they get money on card swipe only.
My parents have used my cards even when I am not travelling with them. So, it works always.
Sometimes they do ask who does the card belong or if card holder is travelling with you, as they don't want any disputes later on. But never denied anyone in my family so far.
Whatever it is, same is applicable for QR code also. It also contains name and it is upto lounge person to accept or reject and just like card, they will accept it in most cases. With qr code, chances of disputes is also less, as person has done 2 factor authentication. So, they will be little more relaxed.
