Chillr – a brand by Backwater Technologies is holding the contest “Invite and Earn” (here-in-after referred to as “The Contest”) which is valid throughout India except in the states where prohibited by law.
This is a promotional offer run by Chillr till December 31st, 2015 23.59 Hrs.
The user must invite a friend to download Chillr from thein-app menu or with their unique ‘referral code’, after which the invited friend should complete his/her first successful transaction on Chillr during the program period to be eligible for participating in the contest.
The Chillr user must invite a friend and that friend must successfully complete their 1st transaction to be eligible for this offer. On completion of the 1st successful transaction, the inviter and the invitee will both receive a BookMyShow voucher worth Rs.100.
All other offers run previously are discontinued and only this offer is valid.
A person is eligible to win only if he/she participates during the days of The Contest and does the needful.
Both recharges and transferring money are considered for “first transaction” of the referral.
The contest is open to all Chillr users.
A person who has already registered on Chillr can not be referred & hence will not be eligible for the offer.
The voucher will be given in 7 days after the successful 1st transactions done by the newly invited friend.
Participating in The Contest implies that you agree to all Terms & Conditions of the game. Anybody found using any unfair means will be immediately disqualified.
In the event of any conflict or inconsistency regarding any instructions, rules and conditions on any advertising or promotional material relating to the Contest, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail over all such other instructions, rules and conditions.

The winners are solely responsible for any other expense related to the acceptance of prizes and Backwater Technologies or its associate companies shall not in any manner be liable or responsible for the same.
The prize shall be awarded conditionally upon acceptance and if the winning customer is unable to be contacted till 30 days after the contest is over, or if any prize is unclaimed or declined by or before 30 days from the closure of The Contest after receipt of communication to winning customer, the prize shall be deemed as unclaimed or unacceptable and will become void.
Eligible customers will be communicated through an sms or e-mail or a phone call and they are required to share their contact details within 14 days after the winners are announced.
In the event that a winner is unreachable, ineligible, or fails to claim the cashback in the time required, the cashback will be forfeited.
