Beware this type of sellers and don’t buy anything from this seller (Phonoarena). After filing return request, Shopclues is saying that complete product has been delivered to me. In product description, seller clearly mentioned “Pack of 2” products but seller sent only single bottle. So, how Shopclues saying that complete product delivered to me. One more thing is that seller mentioned in product listing “Dettol Cool Handwash 250Ml” (Selling Price Rs 172) but he is sending Simple Dettol Handwash (Not Cool) (Selling Price only Rs 74) which is also only 215Ml quantity. So, this is not fair to say that complete product has been delivered. I dont understand that What proper quality check Shopclues have done, where different product with half quantity sent to customers? This is direct cheating with permanent customers of Shopclues on behalf of such type of cheater sellers. Why Shopclues is protecting this type of sellers, who are spoiling image of Shopclues. Do Shopclues allows their sellers to send cheaper product in half quantity than mentioned in listing at full paid amount? I am very very disappointed with Shopclues team behaviour.

Horrible experience,i called up the customer care of Shop clues,they were not courteous at all,the way they spoke as if this was a regular issue for them & no big deal,i really lost my cool.I was asked sent a link to follow the procedure to return the item,does not make any sense for me taking all the trouble for a product value of Rs.74,instead had to satisfy myself utilizing the wrong product ..

Even I cancelled my two orders after carefully looking at the reviews.

I will accept for taking down this deal from front page if you will remove credit from dealmafia sir profile also for deal mentioned here- http://www.desidime.com/forums/hot-deals-online... because their one of review is that product is like poison i.e much more horrible if you compare to that review where user says that product was missing

If you will not take action then that will only mean that you disrespected me and all the dimers who suggested this deal

Actually the thing is that you never take these types of action when deal is posted by senior dimers.

There is rule for posting ebay deals. The same way some rules should be there for shopclues deals.

Do not accept the product, the below issue happened with me.

Just got the product.

1) Only one quantity received instead of pack of 2
2) Damage product received (Handle broken)
3) Different product received ( ordered for ‘dettol cool handwash 250 ml’, but received ‘lifebuoy germ protection handwash 215 ml’ received)

So if anyone ordered and its in transits, do not accept.

I will again shop with them if they offered products are free only, not even 90 percent cashback.
