Better keep away from Medibuddy. This is an app by Mediassist India Pvt Ltd, which is considered to be the worst TPA for mediclaims. Believe me, every hospital staff looked at me like a fool when I said Mediassist is my TPA.
100% true. They paid only Rs.15k out of my claim of 1.8Lac for covid. Sbi General insurance - Mediassist TPA health insurance. Arogya Plus policy.
And this is the 2ND TIME they have done this to me. Stay AWAY from SBI AND MEDIASSIST.
