Promotion Details
1. Customer will get 100% of Sum insured as cash on diagnosis of COVID-19
2. The spelling of customer’s and nominee’s name in the invoice should be as per Govt. ID name only. For any mistake claim will be rejected.
3. Remember – 1 Invoice should have only 1 product, 1 name, 1 mobile number
4. For purchasing multiple products customer need to make multiple invoices with others name. It means customers can protect family members or friends also.
5. This offer is valid for the customer who’s age is between 03 months – 65 years max.
6. There should not be any mistake in case of invoice number, date of purchase and Dealer full name as per invoice while registration.
7. Customer will get confirmation SMS with policy download link.
8. Will be valid for 1 Year from the purchase of the product
9. This is an onetime benefit. Cannot be claimed multiple times within 1 years of time period for a single person.
10. Insured should not travel outside India within last 3 months from claim date
11. The policy will be effective after 16 days from date of registration. Customer must register using the URL: https://www.lg.com/in/covid-19-health-insurance... within 48 Hrs of receiving the product.
12. If the customer is getting diagnosed with Covid-19 then he/she must inform insurance company within 7 days. Contact no- 1800-208-5544; email [email protected]
13. Customer should claim within 15 days of discharge
14. It may take minimum 30 days to transfer the cash benefit to the insured person. Depends on documentation and on the insurance company.

OFFER DETAILS:

Will be valid for 1 Year from the purchase of the product
Amount insured will depend upon the product purchased by the customer
Amount insured options range from 10K to 50K depending on the product purchased by individual customer
WAITING PERIOD:
The Insurer shall not be liable for any claim arising for Novel Corona Virus (in CoV) (COVID-19) within 16 days from the first policy commencement date with them.
