11. In case user does not receive any cashback, he or she is either not eligible or has not followed the entire terms of the offer.
12. In case user receives Cashback where the terms & conditions of the offer have not been met, Coolwinks reserves the right to recall such Cashback from user’s account.
13. In case of full cancellation/return, refund amount less of cashback will be credited back to the source of funds used while making payment. Cashback processed would be adjusted in the refund value. e.g. If Rs. 2000 is paid by the customer & cashback of Rs. 1000 is already received – balance that would be paid to customer as refund would be Rs. 1000 only.
14. No refunds will be made in case of partial order cancellation/return.
15. In case of any purchase made through unethical means; by taking advantage of a technical glitch; or by misusing/ the offer terms/guidelines/codes – the particular order/s will be cancelled whatsoever and Coolwinks will not be liable to pay any refund to the customers in all such cases.

Q. How do I avail the offer?

A. (1) On Coolwinks online platform(s), make the selection and proceed to pay.

(2) On the payment page, select “PhonePe” as the payment method.

(3) You will be redirected to the “Pay by PhonePe” screen; follow instructions specified (Click on Send OTP, Enter OTP, and Login).

(4) Pick the preferred payment option from the options shown (UPI, Debit Card or Credit Card, Wallet).

(5) Click on “Pay using PhonePe” to complete the transaction

Q. When do I get the cashback?

A. Cashback will be credited as PhonePe gift voucher balance within 24 hours of successful completion of the transaction.

Q. What happens in case of refund/cancellation of my order?

Q. What other conditions apply on the cashback amount?

A. Cashback gift voucher can be used for recharges, bill payments and payments on PhonePe partner platforms/stores. Cashback gift voucher cannot be withdrawn to any linked bank account or transferred to other customers.

Other Terms and Conditions:

1. In case your PhonePe wallet limit for the month has been reached (Rs.10000), the cashback will be credited on the first business day of the next month.
2. Refunds would be processed on a pro-rata basis.

4. Any cashback related queries should be raised within 30 days, post a successful transaction.
