admin unkil rules say one can post only 1 link/answer. the question was clearly to post 2 links. and now 2 seprate links is declared winner. does that mean rule is not valid anymore and we can use as many chance as we want?

They were answers to the same question and question demanded 2 links. So, technically, it was answered correctly in first attempt and thats what matters.
