TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The RuPay Credit Card on UPI Payment Offer is available on the Tata Neu App.
2. The Users will be awarded 50 (fifty) NeuCoins as mentioned below for completing five successful Eligible RuPay Credit Card on UPI transactions
3. Valid on RuPay Credit Card on UPI Transactions of Value equal to or above INR 500 (Indian Rupees Five Hundred) during the Offer Period.
4. The payment should be completed within Tata Neu App via UPI-ID having @ tapicici handle.
5. Offer is valid from 12:00:00 AM IST on September 1st 2024, to 11:59:59 PM IST of September 30th 2024.
6. The Offer is valid only once per Customer or User during the Offer Period.
7. NeuCoins for all Eligible Transactions will be credited to the rightful Customers or Users post 30 (thirty) days of completion of the campaign window.
8. Tata Neu reserves the right to remove the NeuCoins credited if we suspect any fraudulent activity

9. NeuCoins will be credited to users who have received the offer communication from Tata Neu App.
10. The NeuCoins thus awarded to the Users under this Program shall have a Validity of 120 (one twenty) days from the Date of Issuance of the NeuCoins.
11. Any Transactions done on Small Offline Merchants (Annual Turnover < INR 20 Lacs (Indian Rupees Twenty Lakhs)) will not be rewarded any NeuCoins under this Offer Campaign.
12. All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or because of above offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals in Mumbai only.
13. In case of any issue pertaining to the Offer, Tata Neu's decision at its sole discretion shall be final and binding. For any issues, please write to [email protected].

2. Are there any other benefits when I pay with Tata Neu HDFC Bank Credit Cards?
Yes. You will get up to 1.5% (One point five percent) Additional NeuCoins (max up to 500 (Five Hundred) NeuCoins) when you make the RuPay Credit Card on UPI Payment via Tata Neu HDFC Bank Credit Cards. The Additional NeuCoins will be over & above the 50 (Fifty) NeuCoins mentioned in this Offer.
3. Will the NeuCoins be awarded only if the first 5 transactions during the campaign period is not equal to or more than INR 1000?

There is no sequence that needs to be followed. The user will be eligible for the reward when the user completes the 5th (Fifth) transaction equal to or more than INR 500 (Indian Rupees Five Hundred).
4. Will the transactions be considered for transactions done at Small Merchants?
Any transactions done with small offline merchants (annual turnover less than INR 20 Lakhs) will not be rewarded with any NeuCoins under this offer campaign.
