I'm not a big fan of Holi festival because of all the mess and potential health issues with the colors, not to mention the rowdiness sometimes. Favorite sweet for this occasion is unquestionably PURAN POLI. My aunt who stays in next building makes it so grand and amazingly soft and with ghee, it is just the yummiest thing ever. Recently I was in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, where I ate Gujarati-style puran poli and that also blew me away with how yummy it was 😋😋
