Pre covid this used to be price for round trip
Even if it is very cheap i cant fly. think about other expenses also
But 18k is the average price for the same. Always remember.. Its pathetic flying time for malaysia, thailand etc.. Most flights leave at post midnight and drop you early in the morning. So.. you arrive as a walking zombie after you land. Your day 1 is pretty much gone.
Reading this while on Bangkok trip
Don't choose low cost airlines without considering your luggage.
You think you can fit in 7kg but no, that doesn't happen.
AirIndia was the best experience
They give you meals+ beverage+ Comfy seats
But having said that - "Thai Lion Air" and "indigo" allows free checkin upto 20 kg.
I think we were getting return tickets for 11k. I think it's offseason then with rains and hence prices go down during that period.
the best is 12k and is frequently available in airasia.
For round trip, it will cost up to 12k. Not more than that
How? Which airlines and from where to book?
Certainly this not the cheapest deal, I must say
I have seen Chennai Kuala Lumpur 4750
I have seen Kolkata Bangkok 4999
I have seen Ras Al Khamaiah Delhi 4249

Last May there was AirAsia promo where Kolkata-Bangkok-Kolkata was Rs.7200.
The fare for this post is just too high . Koh Samui to Phuket you can go by boat why travel by airport plus Bangkok to Usm by Bangkok airways is within 5000 INR.
August and September are the cheapest months. I have plans for next week
This is standard price.. kinda.. I am going there this month end returning 3rd Sep and roundtrip fare is 18,000 without any bank offers.
