Terms & Conditions: Cashback on Billpay using Citi Credit Card
- The Offer shall be valid between April 22, 2020 00:00 Hrs and June 30, 2020 23:59 Hrs (“Offer Period”).
- This Offer is valid for a select set of credit card customers (“Customer”) who have received the invitation to the offer via email/SMS/mobile app notification/post-login banner on Citibank Online/targeted Facebook or Instagram post from Citibank.
- Offer Details:
To avail the offer, customers from the above eligible segment, upon receipt of invitation to Offer are required to perform any one of the following transactions via Citibank Online or Citi Mobile (for available billers). Cashback values as mentioned below:
- Register to receive bills periodically and choose either to pay bill automatically (Autopay) or view bill and make payment through “Confirm and Pay” option to get 10% Cashback.
- Offer valid on first two successful payments made during the Offer Period.
- Minimum bill value: Rs.500. Maximum cashback per transaction: Rs. 250.
- “Autopay” and “Confirm and Pay” on existing registrations are not eligible.
- In case online transactions have been disabled on their credit card, customers will need to enable the same. They may do so by logging onto Citibank Online or Citi Mobile and re-setting limits on Online Transactions for their card.
- Citibank shall send an intimation vide email/SMS/mobile app notification/post-login banner on Citibank Online/targeted Facebook or Instagram post, to select eligible customer, at its sole discretion, to participate in the Offer. In order to be eligible for the offer, customers should have a valid mobile number or email id registered on the credit card account with Citibank.
- Customers qualifying under the Offer will receive Cashback as per the Offer Details. The qualifying customers shall be notified vide e-mail on their registered e-mail Id or SMS on their registered mobile no.
The cashback will be credited directly to credit card of eligible customers, within 90 working days from the end of offer period subject to customer having received above mentioned intimation and performed qualifying actions. The timeline provided for affecting the credit is only indicative of expected period and may differ from actual date of credit

Offer is upto 30th June. So you can expect cashback upto 30th September.
I guess they always credit money only after 90 days period..
what happens if I choose Confirm & Pay option, After First 2 successful transaction, I have stoppped making payment from 3rd Transaction……will i get cashback for first 2 transaction?
