Major price variations is of making charges only and candere is expert in manipulating that. As per my observations,the so called candere making charges is almost 2-3k per gm.which is way too high as per other leading brand jwellers like Malabar etc.where you will find the making charges to be 16-22 % of the product value (calculations of gold & stone etc.w.r.t wt.). Just for example. Let the product is a mix of gold & stone. Consider 22k gold usage only Wt. Of 22k gold used =x gm(say) Let current price of 22k gold per gm=y INR (say) Price of gold part=xy INR Price of stone=<250 normally =250 suppose. Making charges =m INR(say) GST =3%of (xy+250+m) INR (say). So,total price of the product=1.03*(xy+250+m)INR. "m" is the major factor of their loot.
Do your calculations and ask them the fair calculations.
If ,it doesn't matters to you then it is your will to buy at any price. pray
