Got 50 GB additional on top of my plan quota of 40 GB… nice promotion from airtel..

my monthly quota is 200 gb and usage approx 100 gb.. i got 50 gb free but cant spend my quota.. extra is no use

its their new plan, i changed 3 days before only..
its 16mbps, 200 gb with unltd std and local calls..
earlier i was using 175gb rapid2899 with 8 mbps.. their new plans are cheap,faster and more gb..

I got 20 gb free, but it is not reflecting in smartbytes?… How do we know we are going to get the extra GBs

I got 10GB and its now reflecting in my plan as well. I think what you get is based on your plan (speed/datya etc.).So bigger the plan, bigger the surprise.

Update: Got 30GB extra after calling customer care…

Told them a simple line that I would like to cancel my connection basis the FREE 2GB granted.
A 10 day old customer is awarded 30GB free vs. a loyal 10 year old customer gets awarded 2GB. Please cancel my connection..

Directed me to the cancellation team and they agreed to provide me 30GB free.

Delhi, I was using a 1199 plan (2Mbps, 20GB)

Papllu bana diya Airtel ne… their new plans are much cheaper.
Need to talk to them to cancel our connection else offer us new pricing …

I got 100gb free and I have 10gb plan. 2 days left cab even exhaust 90% lol

I was given 15gb. But only 1gb was activated.. I inquired about same and airtel told that you have received 1 gb only.. Can we do anything about it?
