This is not the first time they have cheated their customers by not fulfilling their commitment. I am not talking about the cashback only but they should send some communication regarding deleting of pending cashback cards silently from our accounts.
We the end users have limited options to raise our voice but in this present digital era we have the biggest weapon in our hand and it’s a matter of minute to use it.
Many of us wasted many minutes to do the efforts of getting cashback benefits. If you can use 1 more minute to rate them in play store it will impact them badly.
If you can remember the case of Woohoo where they run an offer of 8% flat cashback on Amazon GV and later they disabled the issued GV or canceled the orders. After that many have rated Woohoo badly in play store and their rating has been decreased drastically from 4.6 star to 3.7 star. It was a big impact for them to regain the trust and catching new user. Still they are suffering.
One person can’t create a big impact but united we can definitely teach them a lesson. Seeing the visitor count and deal hotness we can definitely create some impact.
This is my personal view and I don’t have any personal interest, influence or intention to impact their rating.
With my own rights I am free to rate them based on my personal experience and that is what I did.
Many of you may not be agree with me and that’s quite ok.
I am repeating again that, this is my personal view. This time they have breached their own committment and trust too.
I think case can also be filed against Britannia for this offer. Any Lawyer here?

@Suman_Kolkata in most t and c they have this paytm (or anyapp) reserves right to withdraw or alter without any prior notice
They can’t withstand their promises if you comply them within their terms and conditions. They have the right to stop the offer anytime.
Uninstalled paytm.. won’t use it.. i used it after several Month for this offer.. but they removed all the cb.
This is not a solution bro. This way only u can escape or hide your own problem.
