The drum cost ₹10,000, and the other spare parts were an additional ₹5,000, with no warranty on the replaced product. The high cost is due to the fact that it's imported from Germany rather than being manufactured in India. While the product might be good for some, the one I received was faulty. I would recommend choosing Samsung or LG products instead, as their service is reliable, and the spare parts are relatively less expensive.
Don't get scamsung they also shut their drum, thus no repair only replacement.
Don't buy their spare parts, they are very expensive, almost as much as the machine itself.
