First of all BOB Tiara RuPay Credit Card fees already recover through all gift voucher benefits (you will get more benefit than card fees).
So why this chindi giri, chindi giri di ?
Anyway, here is some trick to get BOB Eterna RuPay CC Lifetime free through BOB retention team, if you send card close request. I think it will also working on BOB Tiara.
Another person told - I took Eterna credit card when it was launched 3 years back. I still hold it, But it lies unused mostly in my wallet. Thinking of closing it. It is paid basis but BOB have always reversed the fees.
So BOB will reverse the fees every year if you send request for fee reversal.

You mean BOB Select card ? There is no visa select card.
BOB Select card, i think not available on RuPay. You can send mail to BOB and ask.
If not available then upgrade or downgrade to any other BOB Card on RuPay variant.
