Aadhar authentication nhi ho rha sb try kr liya browser laptop but aage nhi badh rha any solution

I didn’t applied for BOB CC before but yes i tried to complete all the details but in middle due to some issue. I tried again but still this error. Its been 4 days same issue. Is anyone familiar with this error or can help? I have already mailed to bob but i guess i would not recieve a resolution.

Was able to contact helpline after midnight 00:00. They told they cant take request for Rupay variant over call and advised me to mail.

Received a reply asking me to ‘Please provide income proof from following – Valid competition credit Card vintage Proof Required’
What am I supposed to upload? I already uploaded credit card statement

On site it doesn’t show LTF.. Which one to apply?

Anybody got the rupay card, let us all know the procedure to apply and approach the customer care

I applied, called CC to tell that I want Rupay varient. the agent told me it can mention that during verification call.
also I was told that it will take 25-30 days for the card to arrive.

Phew… this stupid BoB rejected my application even after the vkyc and all proper documentation, citing internal policies

I got Visa. Had sent them email after applying, for rupay variant. Still no luck!

Yes like many others my hdfc apply credit card is now untraceable
whatever application number was generated now it does not exists on trackking

Hello all,

I have received a link to do the video kyc and the only accepted document for ID card is Offline Aadhaar (Aadhaar XML Not older than 3 days).

When I try downloading the xml from the aadhar url: https://resident.uidai.gov.in/offline-kyc , I am getting an error after entering the OTP received.

Unable to prepare statement (check your syntax) – Table ‘offlineaadhaar.offline_aadhaar_transaction_log0122’ doesn’t exist

Am I the only one getting this? Any workaround for this error? How are you guys going ahead with the video kyc if this error on the aadhar site has been persistent?

issue is at the aadhar site. how are you guys going ahead with the video kyc if the aadhar xml download has been failing? i have been trying since the last 6 days to download the aadhar xml for offline kyc but no signs of the issue being fixed.

@abhishek012 Bro, today I received my BoB Premier CC, it’s JCB RuPay variant (although I was secretly hoping for Visa Signature variant, no offense to you :p, coz JCB logo kind of destroys the aesthetic look of this card XD)

Also bro, how exactly does the JCB RuPay work ? I guess unlike normal RuPay int cards which use Discover/DCB network, this one uses JCB network ? Also what exact variant of the RuPay does it fall under ? It doesn’t say Platinum or Select on the card anywhere, or is it just the classic RuPay only :|

After lot of follow-ups, hopefully will soon get Premier Rupay Variant in place of Premier Visa.

Funny, their first response when I asked for Rupay Premier was that it will take 15 days for card to launch.

Thanks to DD, I said that card launched in Oct’21 and can show snap of my friend.

Sharing my experience of how I got Visa to RuPay card.

The process is not straightforward, it needs escalation and a lot of follow-ups. For me, it took like 3 weeks to get the conversion done. Now I do have RuPay Premier Card! Also old Visa Cards lying at home

I got it done by sending the first email requesting Visa to RuPay to the CRM team. And then every second-day follow-up email wherein got cs.ho and escalations involved. I also didn’t use the card till that time to put pressure and said that if no RuPay will have to cancel the card

I got visa card . Is there any benefit for getting rupay variant except the rupay offers.

I received the bob premier card today. I wanted to know i can get Eterna instead of Premier. 
I am not able to apply for eterna from BOB website as I already hold premier
Is there way i can get eterna now , i am eligible as per their income requirement

On the side note, How do I know if it(premier) is issued LTF?

I applied in March. On the brochure it is mentioned that to make it LTF one need to spend 10k in first 60 days and then 120k in a year for annual fee waive off?
DO i need to send email to CRM to make it LTF? I applied during LTF offer which was going in March

I also received this variant and I tried registering on Lounge Key with this card (as JCB and RuPay have a partnership). I was pleasantly surprised to find out that it actually got registered and now I can see that I am entitled to 4 lounge visits under Lounge Key program. So it’s great if you get this variant as you get access to 4 international airport lounge visits in a year (for comparison, Visa Signature variant only gives you access to lounges in India, that too only once per quarter). My BOB card was approved yesterday. Called the customer care the limit is 60k only (lowest among all my cards) applied on basis of hdfc cc statement of 2.5 L. Variant is Premier. Can any suggest how to proceed with the limit Increase request from cc. Anyone got successful in increasing the limit. ?

Funny that i applied on 4-Jan, tried completing the video kyc 2-3 times but never worked (never got connected), BoB kept sending sms reminding me to complete the application.

Now on 16-May received text saying application approved.

I Tried the link provided by you. It passes the Verification on page 1 but on page 2 after filling all info when i click confirm….it says “Invalid registration token”

Tried clearing cookie cache…..disconnected work vpn but its stuck at this…tried multiple times…..i do get the USD 3.25 deduction text.

Benefits do mention 12 domestic visits but no clue about international. Just trying luck.

Any idea about this error ??
