Update – All 3 RuPay ‘Varunah’ Credit Cards officially launched today.
Indian Navy personnel up to the age of 64 years will be eligible to choose from 3 variants of the co-branded credit card. While the base variant will be offered as a Life Time Free (LTF) credit card, the other two variants will be offered at very attractive joining and annual fees, with attractive welcome gifts and easily achievable spend-based fee reversal/waiver. As an introductory offer, the joining fee will be waived off for applications in the first three months from launch. The top variant will offer unlimited complimentary domestic airport lounge access and reduced markup on international spends.

PSU banks like Union bank, Central bank of India and few other PSU banks offer lifetime free RuPay Credit cards, visit PSU bank websites and check RuPay CC fees.
City union bank also recently launch LTF RUPAY CC.

Try through online LIC Cards but first ask them if they offer Axis visa then reject the request or visit any local LIC branch or if you have any LIC policy then contact your LIC agent, i think he/she will help you to get LTF LIC Cards on RuPay Platform.

For eg : If i spend 15000 / 25000 in 5th month (which is less than 180 days), how will fee reversal happen in 4th bill statement from card issuance month?

for basic variant no targets nothing as it is LTF but for plus and premium variants there is a fee so to get waiver we have to meet those prescribed spending targets
