Before contacting customer care, contact seller and inform about this.
If seller agrees for refund in that case then only open dispute.
Delivery timeline is 60 days but generally order receives within 30 days.

Aliexpress is exactly like eBay, acting as a mediator between seller and customer. They contact seller to present his opinion then only comes to conclusion.

Opening dispute at this time will be rejected and you will lose the only chance to get the refund. So don’t be in hurry just wait till the deadline and if not received then open dispute.
