Terms & Conditions
The Program is managed and operated by FRL – Future Retail Ltd.
Physical Big Bazaar PROFIT CLUB Card is mandatory for any transaction.
Only one Big Bazaar PROFIT CLUB card can be used on a single Invoice.
Membership into Big Bazaar PROFIT CLUB program is voluntary, open to all individuals of & above 18 yrs of age with a valid mailing address in India.
The Big Bazaar PROFIT CLUB Program is applicable only to customers shopping at FVRL Stores of Big Bazaar, Food Bazaar or fbb Fashion at Big Bazaar. FVRL can at any time without intimation to the PROFIT CLUB Members add and / or delete Club Partners from such list. The same shall be updated on www.bigbazaarprofitcl...om.
Members can enroll into the Big Bazaar PROFIT CLUB program by paying a one time registration fee of Rs. 100 (inclusive of taxes) and filling a Registration form. It is the Big Bazaar PROFIT CLUB members responsibility to share the correct communication details with FVRL at the time of enrolling into the Program.
Prospective Big Bazaar PROFIT CLUB members can enroll into the Program at selected FVRL outlets . Enrollment of prospective PROFIT CLUB members can also be done through various other channels like Direct Sales agents/agencies etc duly appointed by FVRL from time to time.
The Big Bazaar PROFIT CLUB card members need to pay an amount of Rs. 10000 which will be credited on the card. FVRL will add an amount of Rs. 2000 at the time of card issuance which can be used in the last 2 months.
Members can use upto Rs. 1000 every calendar month for a period of 12 months.
Big Bazaar PROFIT CLUB members are required to inform all contact detail changes to Big Bazaar Call Center immediately . If a PROFIT CLUB Member fails to provide change of details information immediately to FVRL, FVRL will not be responsible for any delay/failure in delivery of the services to the PROFIT CLUB member.
If any Big Bazaar PROFIT CLUB Member loses the PROFIT CLUB card, the member must inform Big Bazaar Call Center immediately or update on the website at www.bigbazaarprofitcl...om. Till such time the loss has been reported to FVRL, FVRL shall not be liable for any losses incurred by misuse of such PROFIT CLUB Card. A new PROFIT CLUB card will be issued to such a member on request after blocking and cancellation of the old card and after due and proper verification by FVRL. The fresh PROFIT CLUB card will indicate a fresh card number. However all other PROFIT CLUB card Membership account details and the amount balance will be transferred into the NEW card.
A nominal fee of Rs. 100 will be charged for issuance of the new card to the member.
Big Bazaar PROFIT CLUB card membership is non-transferable and amount deposited is non negotiable and non-redeemable by cash.
Disqualification of a Big Bazaar PROFIT CLUB member, arising out of his/her misconduct, fraud and misuse of PROFIT CLUB rewards or acts in a manner inconsistent with any central/state/local laws, statutes or ordinances, may result in immediate termination of PROFIT CLUB membership and cancellation of all benefits. Any PROFIT CLUB Member so disqualified shall not be entitled to avail of Program Benefits after such disqualification.
FVRL shall reserve the right to offer the Program by invitation to any Prospective PROFIT CLUB card members as it may deem fit. Membership to the Program is at the sole discretion of FVRL and it may refuse membership to any applicant without assigning any reasons.
Amount unused in a particular month will be carried forward to the next month with a maximum carry forward upto 18 months from enrollment into the Big Bazaar PROFIT CLUB card program.
Amount unused after 18 months of the enrollment date will be refunded after proper customer verification. However the refund will be applicable only for amount deposited by customer minus the amount utilized by the member
On withdrawal/termination from the program within 12 months of the enrollment date, refund will be processed only after proper member verification. Refund amount will be ,amount deposited by member , less the amount utilized by the member and excluding the bonus amount of Rs. 2000/-which customer shall be entitled only on completion of program validity.
Refund will be given at FVRL Outlets – Big Bazaar, Food Bazaar or fbb- Fashion at Big Bazaar in which program is applicable.
Any purchases made through Big Bazaar PROFIT CLUB card can be returned as per the stores exchange policy only by issuance of a credit note.
Big Bazaar PROFIT CLUB card will not be applicable on purchase from Navaras, Star & Sitara Salon & certain other categories. The list of such restrictions will be updated on www.bigbazaarprofitcl...om and can be modified from time to time.
Usage of Big Bazaar PROFIT CLUB card cannot be clubbed with any other benefits issued by Future Group through other Programs/Offers.
By using his/her Big Bazaar PROFIT CLUB card, a Big Bazaar PROFIT CLUB card member grants his/her consents to FVRL creating, storing, maintaining and updating the PROFIT CLUB card members data and bound by Privacy Policy of FVRL.
The Big Bazaar PROFIT CLUB member agrees that by using the PROFIT CLUB Card, he/she has read and understood the terms and conditions of the Program and confirms that he/she is bound by these terms and conditions and any changes to it from time to time and such other terms as specified by FVRL from time to time.
FVRL shall not be liable in the event it fails to fulfill any of its obligations under this terms and conditions due to flood, earthquake, storm, cyclone or any other acts of god of similar nature, war, strike, lockout, or governmental or judicial or quasi-judicial policies/intervention/direction /prohibition or change in law or for any technology/network failure or any other reasons beyond its control.
FVRL reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions and such changes shall be deemed effective immediately upon posting of the modified Terms and Conditions on www.bigbazaarprofitcl...om. Continued holding of the Big Bazaar PROFIT CLUB card will indicate the acceptance on the changes.
In case of any dispute, the decision of FVRL shall be final and binding on all concerned and Courts in Mumbai shall have exclusive Jurisdiction.
The Cashback Accumulation program is purely a bonus amount which will be given upon fulfillment of certain conditions of shopping, at the discretion of the company.
It can be accumulated and be used for redemption on purchase at Big Bazaar, fBB and eZones inside Big Bazaar.
The Cashback programme is a part of existing Profit Club programme.
The Bonus amount is non-refundable.
Bonus amount will lapse if the member doesn’t renew his card.
Cashback Bonus can be earned on certain purchase value, at the discretion of the company.
Cashback bonus amount cannot be transferred to other card.
The cashback eligibility criteria and amount will be at the discretion of the company /Future retail limited.
Eligibility to earn cashback bonus will be at the discretion of the company.
The cashback amount is subject to change without prior intimation.
Cashback bonus will be applicable on certain purchase value.
Redemption logic: While shopping first monthly available balance will get deducted followed by the Cashback amount.
Members can avail a Personal Accident Insurance cover with their Big Bazaar Profit Club membership – Personal Accident Insurance cover of Rs 2,00,000 with Rs 10000 membership & worth Rs 1,00,000 with Rs 5000 membership.
Personal Accident Insurance cover shall be provided by ‘Future Generali India Insurance Company Limited’, to the member only, for a period of one year only from the date of issuance of the insurance policy. This insurance policy only covers ‘Death due to accident’. Age limit to avail the insurance – 18 years to 65 years. The Certificate of Insurance shall be provided on the member’s email ID registered with Big Bazaar Profit Club at the time of registration.
Only Big Bazaar Profit Club members who opt for Personal Accident Insurance Cover at the point of enrolment, will be eligible for the same. Members must provide personal and nominee related details during enrolment to avail the insurance cover. Members must necessarily provide their email ID at enrollment. Members opting for insurance cover may receive a call from the insurance provider for verifying information required for the policy
The following are the exclusions to the Personal Accident Insurance Cover: a) Any existing disablement prior to the inception of the policy, b) Suicide, attempted suicide, c) Serving in military, armed forces, d) Under the influence of drugs, alcohol & other intoxicants, e) Participation in felony, riots, war etc., f) Exposure to nuclear, radioactive materials, g) Loss due to child birth or pregnancy
Procedure to registering claim towards Personal Accident Insurance Cover: At the time of Claim, the claimant needs to call the Call Center Number Mtnl : 1860-500-3333, Airtel : 1800-220-233, immediately on the happening of an accident or within 7 days from the date of incident or write to the insurance provider’s registered office address: 6th Floor, Tower – 3, Indiabulls Finance Center, Senapati Bapat Marg, Elphinstone Road, Mumbai – 400013. The claimant shall provide the date of accident, detailed narration of the accident and name of injured person along with Policy/Certificate no at the time of intimation of claim. All claim documents to be submitted within 60 days of loss. Further details may be sought by the Insurer post registration of the claim, if required. Document to be submitted: Duly filled claim form, Death Certificate, Identity proof for the Insured and nominee, FIR & Post Mortem Report, Age proof of Insured, Medico-Legal Certificate if available.
