Bharat Tex Saree Innovation Reel Challenge Terms & Conditions

1. The competition is open to all Indian Citizens.
2. You grant Bharat Tex and its organisers a royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide
license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display your reel in any and
all media, including but not limited to government websites, social media pages, and
print publications.
3. You represent and warrant that you are the sole owner of the copyright in your reel
and that you have the right to grant the license described above.
4. The reel posted by you does not have any harmful message/ does not hurt the
sentiments of any. The content posted by you should not be disrespectful of any
government initiative.
5. Entries that contain explicit nudity, offensive, or vulgar content will be disqualified.
Bharat Tex reserves the right to determine what constitutes inappropriate content
and to remove any such entries from the contest.
6. Bharat Tex reserves the right to select or reject any reel.
7. Participants must make sure that the information in their profile is accurate and
updated as it will be used for any further communications. This includes name,
address, email address, phone number, nationality, photo, etc. Any entry with
incomplete or inaccurate information will not be considered.
8. The content must be original and should not violate any provision of the Indian
Copyright Act, 1957. Anyone found infringing on others’ copyright would be
disqualified from the competition. The government of India does not bear any
responsibility for copyright violations or infringements of intellectual property carried
out by the participants
9. Bharat Tex reserves the right to cancel or amend all or any part of the Contest and/ or
the Terms & Conditions/ Technical Parameters/ Evaluation Criteria. However, any
changes to the Terms & Conditions/ Technical Parameters/ Evaluation Criteria, or
cancellation of the Contest will be updated/ posted on the MyGov platform. It would
be the responsibility of the participants to keep themselves informed as to any
changes in the Terms & Conditions/Technical Parameters/ Evaluation Criteria stated
for this Contest.
10. Ministry of Textiles will disburse the winning amount to the selected winner(s).
11. Should any dispute or difference arise, the decision of the jury shall be final in the
matter and binding on both the parties.
12. All disputes/ legal complaints are subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi only. Expenses
incurred for this purpose will be borne by the participants themselves.
