Amazon is not at all reliable with third party products and returns..

Same thing happed with me on gold coin purchase. Seller sent gold coin of less weight than description. When I initiated return, third party pick up agency marked as return rejected by customer.. I approached amazon cc, but all in vein. The seller and product feedback regarding this cheating has also been rejected by amazon..

Just curious to know why such fake deals are being added here ..... @luciferous ...this is the 2nd such deal 

Requesting @luciferous ...brother please stop posting any such more deals as happiness is completely Gone and amazon is not doing anything to give the refund, seller is fake marked as delivered 

Guys finally refund confirmation received for delivered marked order hope everyone will receive call amazon and raise investigation request to receive your refunds if you have not done

Urgent request from everyone there, I purchased this Scotty and seller showed fake delivery at my address raised the complaint earlier with amazon support but today I call him and shocked from their response that our internal investigation shows that you received the scooty and amount cannot refund. I am very much frustrated so please guide me how to socialize and legally get my amount from amazon

About my order and refund process

I ordered on 7th Dec 3pm paid using credit card within 15mins it was shipped and same time out for delivery

8th Dec 3pm it was marked as delivered

9th Dec 12:30am investigation request was raised

12th Dec 1am refund was initiated without making any calls and no call received from amazon

I have written several mails to grievance, nodel officer, Jeff with proof of fake seller (no mail response received)

Then I posted my query on twitter X with all proof for which amazon team shared me a link to submit my query I did this as well

I have used all possible options to reach amazon and raise my voise

Made upto 30+ calls and spoke to a-z gurentee team (call button option from amazon app ask them to. Transfer call)

Also inform amazon staff to click on seller name lulu creation and read seller profile reviews 100+people reported about this fraud this is a valid proof to show seller is fraud
