Bangalore refinery is totally fraud, they try to cheat customer, it happened with me thrice. They ship the product with bluedart when the package reach to the destination they instruct courier company to return the package back to them if gold prices raises between the transit. When they receive the package they never issue refund by themself. If you think you will receive the refund automatically or forgot you will loose your money. You have to request customer care for refund again & again. Once i got my refund after 40 days. Beware from Bangalore refinery.
